Function

The Key Account Officer will play a pivotal role in our Customer Service Department. Serving as the primary point of contact for our key clients, pharmaceutical companies. Responsible for ensuring seamless communication, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and ensure smooth execution of services.
  • Monitor account activity, track key performance metrics, and provide regular updates to clients on service performance and enhancements.
  • Participate to regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and correspondence in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in customer service or account management in logistics or pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in French and Dutch (English is an asset), with the ability to effectively convey complex information and negotiate solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
